NAC
OVERVIEW
Since our inception in 1998, NAC has emerged
as a distinctive institution and one of its
kind for providing training and development
of all types of construction resources, technologies
and methodologies for fast track completion
of projects.
Spread over 61.940 acres of primeland in Cyberabad,
allotted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh,
NAC conducts all construction related training
programmes under one “umbrella”.
NAC has also facilitated the establishment of
the Hyderabad International Trade Exposition
Centre Ltd. (HITEX). Spread over 70.221 acres HITEX
has been designed on lines of the Düsseldorf
Exhibitions as Public Private Participation
under Build, Own and Operate (BOO) scheme.
In addition to this NAC has established an Equipment
Leasing Bank in association with the Indian
Infrastructure Equipment Ltd. (IIEL). The IIEL
being the only Indian wholistic equipment rental
company that serves the needs of infrastructure
equipment for projects across the nation helps
NAC to train and improve the efficiency, quality
and productivity of the Indian Construction
Industry through Mechanisation. With the establishment
of NACIEL the small and middle grade contractors
can make use of the equipment to meet their
specilaised and general requirements.
