Key Personnel of NAC

Director General, NAC : 
Sri F C S Peter has completed his B.E. (Civil) from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi. He started his career as Junior Engineer and rose to the designation of Engineer-in-Chief. On retirement and reappointment by Government of Andhra Pradesh; he served as Managing Director of A.P. Road Development Corporation for two years.
He successfully executed many major Projects such as State High Way project and Economic Re-Contraction Project of AP.
Presently he is serving as Director General, National Academy of Construction and Advisor, Quality Control, R&B Department of Government of AP.

Additional Director General
Dr. Sitapathi Rao completed B E (Civil) from College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai. He completed M Sc (Structural Engineering) in 1960 from College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai and obtained his PhD (Transversely Stiffened Folded Plates) in 1975 from IIT Madras, Chennai
His areas of special inteest are Planning and Development of Multipurpose Projects, Diversion Structures, Consultancy and Design Engineering of Multipurpose Projects, construction of Barrages, Pre-stressed concrete bridges, Lift Irrigation Schemes and Improvement of Irrigation, Drainage and Canal System.
He served NABARD, I & CAD Department, Government of AP, Technical Education Department, Government of AP, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Univeristy and Vasavi Engineering College, Hyderabad.
Awarded citation as "Rare and Outstanding" by the Govt. of AP. Citation for high quality work and commitment by District Administration and "Best Engineer Award" by Institute of Engineers and Government of Andhra Pradesh

Additional Director General
Sri V Prabhu completed his BE, and is a Fellow of Institute of Engineers. He worked as Engineer-in-Chief, PRED Govt. of AP and has pioneered in Development of Rural Infrastructure, major building projects of Govt. of AP and also funded by World Bank.
He has been involved in Construction of huge Buildings for various departments. He also got vast International exposure working with Netherlands Govt in NAP Projects, with UK Govt.in school building projects and visited many countries like USA, UK, Australia and Malasia & Singapore. After his tenure as Engineer-in-chief, he was posted to NAC and at present he is working as Additional Director General, NAC. His main domain is building sector.

Additional Director General
Sri K A N Prasad, B.E., MIE, CE is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Annamalai university, Tamilnadu. He joined as Asst. Executive Engineer in Border Roads. He also worked in Indian Oil Corporation in various capacities in Marketing and Engineering divisions.
Sri.K A N Prasad executed oil storage tanks projects for Iraq Railways at a cost of 10 million US dollars on his deputation and finally retired as a Cheif-Engineer in IOC.
He was awarded meritorioius service certiicate by the Director General, Border Roads and received appreciation certificate by the Chairman, Asian Games Organizing committe Sri. Buta Singh for the erection of LPG flame for the IX Asiad-1992 in Delhi.
Presently he is working as Additional Director General, NAC and he is also an active member of Institute of Engineers & Chartered Engineers and president of Chitra Kala Samsed, a fine arts society.

Director, Administration
Sri T Dayakar got 40 years of working experience in Govt Department & state send public sector undertaikings. He has vast experience in Accounts and Administration.
Presently he is serving as the Director, Administration at NAC.

Director Finance
Sri. A Wilson, Director Finance, NAC is a Retired officer of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Finance Department. Before joining State Government as Divisional Accounts Officer (works), in the year 1980, he worked as Auditor in A.G's office. He passed S.A.S. exam conducted by the C.A.G. of India. He is a graduate in Law from Osmania University. He has specialized training and qualification in Government and Commercial Accounts. He held several senior level Finance & Management posts in government Undertakings like HUDA and HMWS&SB and also in the O/o. Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) and in Finance (W&P) Department in A.P. Secretariat.

Director,Placement Cell & IAD
Sri S Dharma Reddy completed BE, from Sri Venkateswara University and pursued PGDMM, MBA from Osmania University. He retired as Executive Director from APSRTC, Hyderabad. At present he is working as Director Placement Cell & IAD.

Director,CMRI & TITI
Sri S Ranga Rao completed LCE from Govt Polytechnic, Hyderabad and joined as supervisor in Panchayat Raj Department sub sequently completed B.E (Civil) from Osmania University and M.Tech (Structural Engineering) from JNTU Hyderabad and finally retired as Cheif Engineer, Pachayati Raj. He is responsible for the construction of Major Buildings, School Buildings, Construction of Roads, MI works and effective implementation of RWS schemes and projects etc.

Director, CTTI
G Goverdhan Reddy completed B.E (Civil) from Osmania University and joined the R&B department as Junior Engineer and retired as "Superintending Engineer". Presently working as Director CTTI and as Regional Director, NAC for Hyderabad Region.

Director, CDI
Dr K Purushotham Reddy, Director CDI completed M.A., M. Phil., Phd., and held many positions as professor, Head of the Department, Chairman, Director Etc in Osmania University. He is also a resource person for many universitites and institutions and a renowned writer of many publication.
He is also a Founder, President, Citizens against pollution (CAP), an environmental Action Group established in 1985 and based in Hyderabad.

Director,WRDI
Mr.Samuel David O graduated in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University is a member of International Water Association UK & American Society Of Civil Engineers USA. He is an Entrepreneur and established a consultancy for Architectural, Structural and Interior Designing .Executed turnkey residential and commercial projects from conception to completion. Worked for World Bank consultant in Planning, Structural designing and Execution of Upgrading the Health Care systems in India.
Managed and executed off-shore projects in GIS and CAD apart from developing web based online reporting portal for USAID funded agency.
He has been involved in many rural water projects both in India and other developing countries with UN funded Organizations. Worked as a consultant for negotiating, outsourcing and procurement of water drilling equipment to African countries.
Also undertook executive management courses at IIM- B and GSB, Stanford University USA

Director, CISC
Sri K Ramana, Dean, CISC completed M Tech, in industrial engineering and served BHEL govt of India in different capacities and worked for Govt. of Saudi Arabia and Islamic Republic of Iran.
He received prestigious National Award from Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt of India as best faculty for promoting the chartered activities during the year 2002-03.

I/c Director, HDI
G M Venkata Narayana is a graduate in Civil Engineering and worked for state and National High ways for tenure of 10 years. He joined NAC in the year 2000 and at present serving as I/c Director HDI.
