Director General, NAC : 

Sri F C S Peter has completed his B.E. (Civil) from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi. He started his career as Junior Engineer and held the designation of Chief Engineer (R&B) Buildings, National Highways, Roads and NH and finally retired as Engineer- in-Chief. On reappointment by Government of Andhra Pradesh, he served as the Managing director of A.P. Road Development Corporation for two years. Presently he is serving as Director General, National Academy of Construction and Advisor, Quality Control, R&B Department in Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Additional Director General

Sri Sitapathi Rao completed his B E (Civil) from College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai. He completed his M Sc (Structural Engineering) in 1960 from College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai and his Ph D (Transversely Sliffered Folded Plates) in 1975 from IIT Madras, Chennai.

Areas of special interest are Planning and Development of Multipurpose Projects, Diversion Structures, Consultancy and Design Engineering of Multipurpose Projects, construction of Barrages, Pre-stressed concrete bridges, Lift Irrigation Schemes and Improvement of Irrigation, Drainage and Canal System.

Sri Sithapathi Rao has served in NABARD, I & CAD Department, Government of AP, Technical Education Department, Government of AP, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and Vasavi Engineering College, Hyderabad.

Awarded citation as “Rare and Outstanding” by the Govt. of AP. Citation for high quality work and commitment by District Administration and “Best Engineer Award” by Institute of Engineers and Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Additional Director General

Sri V Prabhu completed his BE, FIE and has pioneered in Development of Rural Infrastructure. He has been responsible for Construction of huge Infrastructural Buildings.

Director Finance

Sri. M D Purushotham a Senior Retd., Officer of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Finance Department is the Director Finance. He has a Degree in Science, with specialized training and qualification in Govt. & Commercial Accounts.

Held several senior level Finance & Management posts in Govt., of A.P and Govt., Undertaking like the APIIC Ltd., A.P. Housing Board, VUDA, Srisailam Project and Telugu Ganga Project

Director,CMRI

Sri S Ranga Rao has completed LCE from Govt Polytechnic, Hyderabad and joined as supervisor in Panchayat Raj Dept sub sequently completed B.E (Civil) from Osmania University and M.Tech (Structural Engineering) from JNTU Hyderabad and finally worked as Chief Engineer Panchayati Raj. He is responsible for construction of Major Buildings, School Buildings, construction of Roads, MI works and effective implementation of RWS schemes and projects etc..

Director, CTTI

G Balarajeshwar Rao B.E (Civil) passed from Osmania University joined the P R Dept as Junior Engineer worked in the department upto 31.08.2003 and retired as "Supertending Engineer". Executed Major Bridges, Roads, Buildings and M I Tanks

Director, IAD

G Ksheera Sagar Reddy has completed his B. E (Civil) from Osmania University Hyderabad. Started his carrier as Asstitant Executive Engineer and finally held the designation as Chief Engineer (Andhra Pradesh Housing Board). Presently he is serving as Director, IAD, National Academy of Construction.

Subba Rao S 

S Subba Rao is with CTTI as Deputy Director (Stores & Materials). Master in Arts and GD in Material Management.

He has participated in the Indo-Pak War in 1971 and has served as Materials Consultant at Hoffincon & Middle East.
