Management
Facilities Management (FM) encompasses disciplines to ensure functionality of the built environment by assimilating people, place, process and technology. The facilities manager has the responsibility of coordinating the workplace with the people and the work of an organization. This task requires putting together the principles of behavioral and engieering science, business administration, architecture and many more. The demand for facilities managers is on the increase since most organizations are realizing the importance and need for maintaining, securing and efficiently operating their facilities, which are very large investments for most organizations.
The total duration of the PGDFM course is one-year (24 weeks of study and 26 weeks of Industry Exposure training and understudy in Facility Management)

Technology
Building Technology Course is a job oriented short term programme. It equips graduates to become site engineers, quantity surveyors and IT savy professional techno managers. It provides adequate exposure to practical and an opportunity to conduct all quality control tests for materials and concrete by themselves. It combines theory with practice. It provideds interaction with senior engineers and managers from the construction industry. It imparts the knowledge of technical supervision for quality of works, contract management, financial management and stores management. It increase the level of confindence & knowledge. The total duration of the PGDBT course is one year (Six months of study and Six months of apprenticeship in work sites). The trainees can be easily employed by reputed construction companies at the end of the course in campus interviews.

Graduate Diploma in Highway & Runway Technology
Transport Infrastructure Training Institute (TITI) is one of the constituent units of National Academy of Construction established specially for imparting training in Highway Technology, Transport Infrastructure including airports and Transport System Management. The National Academy of Construction is now launching the one year programme of Post Graduate Diploma in Highway & Runway Technology in collaboration with Jawaharlal Nehru Technolgocial University.
This course is specifically designed to suit the highway and runway sector of the construction industry. The Civil Engineer who undergoes this course will be transformed in to a matured techno managerial highway and runway professional that hits the road running and is in a position to contribute form day one.
This course includes field visits to various highway project sites in India and abroad. It offers a unique blend of academic and practical training to demonstrate real life problems and situations as well as methods and techniques to arrive of solutions and effective out comes. Placement assistance will be provided after successful completion of the programme.
Duration: The total programme will be of 01 year (24 weeks class room study and 26 weeks of paid industry exposure training)

Award of P.G Diploma:
A student shall be declared eligible for award of the PG Diploma, if he/she pursues a course of study and completes it successfully for not less than 24 weeks of classromms study and 26 weeks of paid industry exposure training.
Eligibility & Fee Structure:
Any Graduate in Civil Engineering. The course fee is Rs. 80,000. An option is available to pay the fee in installments. The students who opt abroad site visit have to pay an extra amount of Rs 40,000/-. The cost of the hostel accommodation will be additional.
Residential Facilities:
NAC, in addition to an excellent educations environment has a fully furnished hostel with dining and recreational facilities.
